Directions to our Chelmsford Premises

The Journey should take approx 20 minutes from the Brentwood M25 / A12 Junction.
Take the A12 North (NE) from London or the M25 towards Chelmsford and Colchester.
Exit the A12 following and at the roundabout follow signs for Chelmsford A414 (Three Mile Hill)
At the next roundabout take the second exit staying on the A414, keep in the left lane.
At the second roundabout take the first exit onto the A138 (Westway)
Follow the A138 through the next two set of traffic lights, passing a Big Yellow Storage on your left.
At the third set of traffic lights you need to take a right onto CROMAR WAY. This right turn is located after the car wash but before Homebase.
Follow Cromar way and take your first right into the Waterhouse Business Centre. We are Unit 27.

The Journey should take approx 40 minutes from the Brentwood M25 / A12 Junction.
Take the A12 North (NE) from London.
DO NOT be tempted to turn off at Colchester or try to go through it!
East of Colchester the A12 will widen to four lanes, stay in the outside two lanes,
which will take you around the North of Colchester, as shown below.
Take the next exit (approx 4 miles) sign posted A120 Harwich, Clacton Etc . . .
DO NOT take the A1232 Colchester slip road - STAY on the A120.
Again, take your next exit (a further 5 miles ish) sign posted A133 Clacton . . .
The slip road from the A120, will take you up a hill to a sharp right hand bend,
then down to a small roundabout (approx 1 mile in total).
To your left is the countries Biggest car auctions - although they are well disguised.
Take the first exit (LEFT) off the roundabout, sign posted
A133 Clacton Frinton and Walton (or similar).
Travel approx ½ Mile (1000 yards) and turn RIGHT into Heckworth Road
(this is a small country road ~ not very well sign posted, there is a filter lane marked on the main road)
Travel EXACTLY 1 mile and turn RIGHT into an un-named road.
To your right will be the Methodist Church / Hall and immediately in front of you will be
a weather boarded bungalow (opposite the Children's Play Area) this is Bentley House.
